Happy anniversary! We ate our top layer a week after the wedding because the thought of year-old cake scared us. I’m glad to hear it was actually good!
Thanks! Scott was standing there gagging as I was cutting it, and made me eat a bite first to make sure it was OK. Silly boy! It was quite tasty and the texture was perfect.
