Maybe this is a bad choice of words, but holy crap. I was waiting for the dancing with snakes part.
And to think… that is how I grew up… I even taught at one of those Bible camps when I was a teenager.
The brainwashing they use is very effective. So effective that even when people quit going to church and quit praying they still have the ingrained trigger to hate everyone that isn’t Christian and to blindly state the mantras that they are taught.
Some people complain about the level of discussion and argument among Muslims regarding certain Islamic issues; but I look at it and realize that it means a majority of Muslims are open-minded and independantly thinking persons rather than being part of the brainwashed masses.
